It was calorie counting that helped me learn to consciously approach what and how much I eat, to understand how much I need to eat in order not to get better again.

I have a "royal" breakfast again. Sandwiches with caviar!

Darnitsa bread (60 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and carp caviar (50 g) and all this is a feast with green tea.

I looked at the counter, and there are not enough calories for breakfast and marshmallows (30 g) fit perfectly. I poured more green tea and went to work to work with a delicious marshmallow.

Breakfast for 405 kcal.

If you knew how much I listened to in my old articles where there are caviar sandwiches. They still write there that I am chic and offer to show the budget menu! And people have no money for caviar. And what should they do now? How to lose weight? And there is no money for pork tongues, and for chicken. And in all this, apparently, I am to blame.

More often I close such comments and send their authors to the "garden", because if you look at their comments on other channels, you can see only sheer dissatisfaction with everyone and everyone.

But sometimes I still want to clarify the question and I ask what meat can be cheaper than chicken or those the same pork tongues (which I buy, for example, at 250 rubles per kilogram - and this is pure meat without bones). And I'm also wondering if only millionaires can really afford 50 rubles for a jar of carp caviar. But, of course, I don't get answers to my questions. The person released his negative and moved on, but he is not interested in constructive dialogue.

But still, there is a problem that stops many and serves as an excuse not to do anything and continue to eat everything in huge quantities, but more calories.

I know that there are those who have seen enough of various recipes, blogs about healthy nutrition, in which expensive products are present - salmon, trout, marbled meat, shrimp, chia seeds, goji berries, almond flour and other expensive like it, super exotic fruit.

Naturally, after watching this in the head, the average person is postponed the opinion that proper nutrition is expensive, and therefore not for him and he will never lose weight will be able.

Firstly, we do not lose weight from the fact that we switched to proper nutrition. We lose weight in the presence of a calorie deficit!

And a calorie deficit can be created with ordinary, quite budgetary food. Everyone should focus on their own budget. Instead of salmon and trout, pollock, mackerel, pink salmon, chum salmon are perfect - whatever you can afford. Instead of expensive beef - chicken, turkey or even lean pork. Instead of quinoa and other fashionable cereals, buckwheat, pearl barley, rice. Instead of papaya and mango - apples and oranges, for example. You can always find products according to your budget and taste and make a menu with a slight calorie deficit and balanced according to BJU - if you wish.

I will continue my menu for the day.

A great snack - snack tomatoes, as I call them. Today I have a very simple option, lazy, but also delicious.

100 g of tomato, greased with 30 g of yogurt with garlic and sprinkled with egg.

It turned out to be a snack for 140 kcal.

Lazy pasties ate for lunch. I had one cheburek stuffed with "chicken breast, onion and spices" and half a cheburek stuffed with "potatoes with mushrooms".

165 g - 245 kcal.

Regular readers already know that my weakness is lightly salted or smoked red fish. And I haven't had this fish in my diet for a long time. You know, I’m even somehow uncomfortable lately, I constantly want fish. But the toad strangles more stronglyπŸ˜‚ and I waited for the fish to be brought in joint purchases, cheaper so that. And then she waited!

I flew home with this fish and I didn’t care about the BJU. Tea and a sandwich with cold smoked pink salmon were all that interested me.

I didn't even bother with my usual snacking at work. I poured tea, made a sandwich and ate it, making sure that no one and nothing distracted me at that moment. How little is needed for happinessπŸ˜‚ - 30 g of bread, 20 g of cottage cheese and 55 g of fish - 210 kcal.

Now you can work. Moreover, there is no need to prepare dinner in advance. There will be fish on the electric grill and salad. For fish, 3-4 minutes on the grill is enough, during this time the salad will be cut.

My dinner is 150 g of vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, greens), seasoned with olive oil (2 g) and 200 g of chum salmon, fried on the electric grill and pre-marinated in soy and oyster sauces with pepper, dried garlic and herbs Italy.

Dinner for 420 kcal.

After supper today, I didn't eat anything, just drank tea. Apparently the long-awaited fish sandwich after lunch and hearty fish for dinner made itself felt and did not feel like eating. Although I usually eat something else with tea 3 hours before bedtime. Because we have dinner at 17 o'clock and I don't want to go to bed with an empty stomach. I know myself - I won't be able to sleep and I will think about food.

The result of the day is 1420 kcal. B - 108, F - 63, U - 102.
