In today's article I will tell you how to cook one of the most popular dishes in America called "Mac and Cheese", which literally translates as "cheese pasta". This dish is almost national for Americans. I think that many, at least once, have seen how the heroes of Hollywood films happily devour cheese pasta. So I decided to try to cook this foreign dish - I write what happened.
1. First of all, we need to rub the cheese. There are many correct options for adding cheese, but most of the original cheese macaroni contain "cheddar", but unfortunately it was not in our stores, so I took 200 grams of parmesan and 200 grams of ordinary Russian cheese.
2. After grating the cheese, set it to boil pasta (400 grams). In the American version, they should be small. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce. Melt on a low fire butter (about 50 grams), add flour (4 tablespoons), milk (300 milliliters). Stir after adding each ingredient. As the milk was poured, we boil the resulting mixture,
