We count calories and lose weight.

But wait, don't leave once you've read about calories. They don't have to be counted forever! Don't be alarmed!

Once we reach the desired weight and reflection in the mirror, all that remains is to maintain our weight. And this is where the developed habits will work during the time that we adhered to proper nutrition and calorie counting. Purely intuitively, we already know how much we need to get enough.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 57 kg.

Yes, I met the fifth, apparently, plateau on my way to a slender figure. The weight did not want to leave and was marking time back in December and was 74.6 kg. And after the New Year holidays on January 10, the figure was 75.1 kg on the scales.

And after January 10, I got up on the scales every day to understand what it is - a plateau or not. And the weight stood rooted to the spot, even with an excellent drinking regime. No water left, and I did not particularly see edema.

On my face was read the same doom as my cat has on the face when someone picks her up:

And here today, January 14, on the scales 74.9! Can you imagine how it made me happy? Let some 200 g, but there is movement. And what this movement will lead to, we will see further.

And I still stick to my 1,300 calories.

My breakfast today is whole grain sandwiches. Yes, yes, already 4 pieces! This is for those looking at the surface.

And who looks deeper understands that sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with chicken pastra (60 g) and tuna pate (55 g) make up only 340 kcal. And 2 pieces fit on my palm.

And yes, I will quietly eat as many as 4 of these sandwiches with green tea.

It's so hard to get yourself to work after a string of holidays. Plus, I work from home and the home environment is even more relaxing. But the understanding that I will not be able to serve from 9 to 18, and no one will do my work for me, gives a kick).

It's good that the winter and the weather are not very good, otherwise I would have liked to walk.

At work, a snack - a cucumber (80 g), on which I put a pate with tuna (85 g). And I got a snack for 160 kcal.

I drank green tea gradually at work and ate 20 g of bitter 75% chocolate with it - 110 kcal.

You may be surprised, but I work at home for so much time, but still I do not have my own workplace - a special computer or desktop. At first I worked at the kitchen table - my back was tired and not comfortable, plus for some reason it was blowing).

I moved to the sofa - also not comfortable. I adapted with a laptop stand - you won't believe it - sitting on the bed. And the back does not hurt and you can keep your legs higher (you must admit, girls, this is very convenient when your legs are not lowered all day). Even when we were working in an office with girls, we substituted paper boxes under the desks to raise our legs a little higher. And then for the whole day they were swollen.

And now I just recently matured to order a regular chair for myself, in which I will calmly work on a laptop with a stand.

And while we were looking for where to buy or order a chair, we were faced with the fact that in none of the stores can we just pick up the tiny chair that we liked. Only order, pay for shipping and wait for your purchase to be brought to you. Or they may not, judging by the reviews on the Internet.

For lunch I have 120 g of boiled buckwheat, chicken breast, which I quickly fried yesterday on the electric grill (140 g) and 40 g of Korean carrots.

It turned out lunch for 370 kcal.

By the way, the breast on the electric grill turns out to be amazing, in a few minutes you have a juicy, tender breast ready.

And for my gin I have a vinaigrette - I have long wanted (160 g) and fish fried in a non-stick pan with salt and pepper, without deboning in flour (150 g). I tucked the vinaigrette with sunflower oil, the scales showed that I only dropped 2 g of oil.

It turned out to be a dinner for 270 kcal.

The vinaigrette contains both potatoes and beets, and yes, I eat and eat it in the evening, though long before I go to bed. And as you can see, such dishes did not prevent me from losing weight by 57 kg.

In just a day 1250 kcal.

I do not forget to observe the drinking regime, during work I took breaks for training with a fitness tape, squats, swings, a bar, and today I added a few jumps in place.
