Mix cottage cheese with kefir, egg, semolina and egg.
We leave for 10 minutes, so that the semolina slightly swells πππ
After that begin stacking TortoCake:
* shape grease vegetable oil and sprinkle semolina
* bottom layer steal half a chopped apple / banana
* then arbitrarily stack sticks
*then put second part of apple / banana
*and concluding another layer of sticks
* top fill in all this is prepared by filling
* sticks need to be slightly submerged so that they are saturated with filling
πππ
We send in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 170 degrees.
Sprinkle powdered sugar (but you can do without it) π
πΈ Masya to prepare this masterpiece of interest not showed due to lack of meat or fish, chilled everything well ππ
Thanks to the filling, TortoKeks turned out to be very soft and juicy.
From the second part of the cottage cheese package - let's cook something else.
