I used to buy turkey necks only for dietetic meat preparations. If interested, I will throw off the link.
And not so long ago I realized that with the meat of this part of Turkey you can cook various dishes. There will be more pictures than text this time.
So, first dish simple:
"Makarokhi in the Navy "
Honestly, I was afraid to show you a separate photo of necks, because I once made two recipes for a duck, and Zen decided that the bird carcass in the photo is a shock content. I deleted the article, but it's a pityπ It was delicious there.
π©βπ³MAKING PASTAπ©βπ³
Turkey neck boil (2-3 hours ideally), then separating from bones, pasta cook separately, frying do simply: onion + carrot π
Here you can see the neck in its original state π π
Now we are preparing second
dish. I did this the first time, because I always thought that baking the necks would somehow not be "very".It turned out to be "VERY"
β For the pasta recipe, I took the thin parts of the necks, and for this I left the larger ones.
π½ WHAT WAS NEEDED π½
* turkey neck - 2 pieces (thick part)
* sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
* tomato juice - 1.5 cups
* garlic - 2-3 cloves
* spices (salt, pepper, herbs)

π©βπ³ PREPARINGπ©βπ³
Sauce knead from what I wrote above.
Fill neck sauce for 10 minutes.
Then send in a baking dish with SauceMarinade for an hour in the oven under foil π
An hour later add there potatoes, and for another 40 -45 minutes in the oven π
We get yummy π
Everything was baked perfectly π
I think that next photo not very attractive but indicative. This is what is left of this dish from my men π π
But in the end, let it be DELICIOUSe photo π
I am sure that this part of the turkey will be a discovery for some, as well as for me. I would be glad to comment on photos of your dishes - it's always incredibly nice!
πππ ALL GOOD πππ
