* chicken fillet - 1/2 breast
* pasta - 150-200 gr
* onion - 1 piece
* tomatoes - 3-4 (not large)
* garlic - 1-2 cloves
* sour cream / kefir / acidophilus - 100 gr
* mustard - 1 tbsp the spoon
* spices - I have Italian herbs (dill or parsley can be used), salt, pepper.
* hard cheese - 70-100 gr.
* vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

Chicken fillet cut thin plates. (I had it frozen, so it was easy).
Baking dish grease oil, lay out fillet plates, a little salt and pepper.
From above put chopped onions and tomatoes.
