I already wrote that my son suddenly bought instead of "Little"fillet, almost one and a half kilograms of blue whiting fillet.

Some were fried in bran (leaf through publications). And now I'll show you what else we have prepared from this fish.

🍽 WHAT YOU WILL NEED 🍽

* fish fillet (we have blue whiting) - 400 gr
* butter - 70 gr
* onion - 1 piece
* carrot - 1/2
* egg - 1 piece
* milk (cream) - 50 ml
* spices (salt, pepper, garlic)
* onion peel (without it). But it gives off a special smell.

Fish cut arbitrarily, it will still cook for a long time.
You can leave the carrots intact, but I definitely need to cut something, so I cut it 🤷‍♀️ The onion is whole. We wash the husk.

After boiling take off foam, subtract fire to minimum and

All this is brewed (ideally) for three or four hours. Until the onions and carrots are boiled.

After boiling merge everything in a colander.

I only remove the husk, leave the rest and put it in a blender with dill, egg and milk / cream 👇

After that add softened butter and mix well with a fork

Add up into a convenient container and remove in the refrigerator until the morning 👇
