In order to cook beef with a delicate taste, juicy and soft, you need very little food. But time is a matter not fast. But the time is worth it.
What you need:
* beef - 400 gr
* carrots - 1 (large) piece
* tomato - 1-2 pieces
* onions - 1-2 pieces
* garlic - 2-3 cloves
* salt / pepper - to taste

Cooking: meat cut for medallions (2 - 3 cm thick) 👇
Baking dish (I have a frying pan) grease vegetable oil and stack medallions, pre-salt and pepper them on both sides 👇
Tomatoes interrupt in a blender with garlic 👇

Then stack onion chopped in half rings 👇
After that fill in all tomato dressing 👇
We send in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2-3 hours, periodically adding water there. After baking we get a whole pan of beef with vegetables 👇
