WHAT WE ARE PREPARING FROM:
* meat (I have a piece of brass pork) - 200 gr
* potato - a couple of medium pieces
* onion - 1 large
* sauerkraut - 300 gr
* cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pieces (without them)
* carrots - 1 medium piece
* adjika (I have my own) - 100 gr

Vegetables cut large, meat weld on in a small amount salted water (it boiled, the foam was removed and for about five minutes boil)

In a pot (or tall baking dish) pour some vegetable oil lay out chopped vegetables, meat and cabbage on top πππ
Pour out adjiku (tomato juice, diluted tomato paste) π
From above fill in the broth in which the meat was cooked π
We send in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes without a lid.
