My tea is very tasty, healthy and without any chemical flavorings - only natural ingredients. We often do it in winter, we drink it with the whole family. In-store fruit teas and flavored teas are no longer available. I hope you enjoy my recipe too.
Ingredients:
mint
lemon
orange
currant
honey
ginger
black tea (optional)
cardamom (optional)
nectarine (optional)
I want to warn you right away that the tea is not prepared quickly, but it's worth it, because the result will be amazingly tasty!
So, take half a lemon, remove the zest from it with a grater and squeeze the juice. I squeeze the juice with my hands.
We take 1 orange. We also remove the zest from it and squeeze the juice.
Pour 1-1.2 liters of water into a saucepan, add 2-3 sprigs of mint, you can add dried or frozen mint - it doesn't matter. If there is lemon balm, then put a little of it. Add the juice of half a lemon and one orange and bring to a boil.
Then put 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, a pinch of cardamom and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. At this point, you can add 2-3 teaspoons of good black tea for a black tea with fruit. I cook with and without him.
Strain the tea and immediately add half a glass of black currant. We take any currant - dried, fresh or frozen. In spring and summer, I also like to add nectarine or strawberries (finely chopped).
We put the mixture on the stove again and heat it to a very hot state, but do not boil it - we have not compote, but tea. Remove from the stove and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Then pour into cups, add honey to taste, lemon circle and enjoy the taste. Enjoy your tea, my dears!
