Ingredients:

Petiole celery - 200 g

Peking cabbage - 150 g

Green beans - 80 g

Tomato - 1 pc.

Green onions - 3 pcs.

Carrots - 50 g

Chicken fillet - 150 g

Salt to taste

Garlic - 1 clove

Fresh greens - a couple of twigs

Water - 2 l

To make a light celery soup for weight loss, prepare the foods on the list. Wash the chicken fillet, peel off the films. Cut off all fat, if any. Peel the carrots and garlic, wash together with the rest of the vegetables.

Boil a liter of water in a saucepan.

Add the diced chicken fillet to boiling water. The protein curls up immediately and you don't have to collect the foam for a long time. Cook the meat for 5 minutes.

After a while, put the chopped celery and carrots into the pan, boil for another 5 minutes.

Now add the chopped remaining ingredients all together, since the cooking time is the same for everyone - tomato, Chinese cabbage, green beans, garlic, green onions. Top up with boiled hot water to the top of the pot and cook the soup for 10 minutes maximum. Salt it to taste.

It is not recommended to add pepper to this dish, as it is believed that it induces an appetite.

After a while, remove all foam from the surface, add chopped fresh herbs. By the way, if there were leaves on the celery stalks, they should also be added at the very end. Cover the pan with a lid, turn off the stove and leave the dish to infuse for 10-15 minutes for taste and aroma.
