A very simple recipe for cheese buns that the whole family loved. Buns rise well during baking, become fluffy and fluffy. And what a taste! Delight!
Ingredients:
cheese
eggs
pancake flour
sour cream
As you can see, there are really only 4 ingredients, so the dough is kneaded very quickly, literally in a matter of minutes.
Mix one egg with 3/4 cup sour cream. Stir until smooth, you can beat with a blender or mixer. Then add 1 cup of grated cheese. We take any cheese that you have, you can add several types. Grate the cheese on the finest grater.
Now add 1 cup pancake flour. For these buns, we need a pancake, thanks to which our buns will turn out lush. What will happen if you add not pancake, but ordinary flour to the dough, I do not know, since I always cooked it on the pancake. But I think that buns will not work with ordinary flour.
Stir the dough until smooth. We form small buns (balls) from it and put on a baking sheet at a sufficient distance from each other, because during the cooking process they will swell. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, but it is best to cover it with baking paper.
Buns can be baked like this, or you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Cook "Prague" cheese buns in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
