These cheesecakes are prepared in just half an hour. Fast, tasty and simple - the perfect recipe when you want something tasty, but you don't want to stand at the stove for a long time and don't feel like messing around with the dough. Write down the recipe - it will definitely come in handy, because the cheesecakes from the loaf are just great!

Ingredients:

Baton
Cottage cheese
Eggs
Sour cream
Semolina
Milk
Sugar
Salt
* Raisins optional
* Vanilla sugar optional

Attention: The number of ingredients is indicated for 10-12 pieces of loaf, approximately 1.5 cm thick.

First, let's prepare the filling for our lazy cheesecakes. We take 400g of cottage cheese (pre-wipe through a sieve or blender) and mix with 1 egg and 4 tbsp. l. Sahara. Mix, add 2 tablespoons of semolina, a pinch of salt and 1.5-2 tablespoons of sour cream.

If desired, add vanilla sugar and raisins to the curd filling - it will be tastier. But even without these ingredients, the cheesecakes will be no worse.

Now let's get to the loaf.

In a saucepan, heat 1 glass of milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. The milk should be warm, but not hot. As soon as the sugar is dissolved, remove from the stove.

Now we dip each slice of loaf in warm milk and put it on a baking sheet covered with paper. With our hands or with a spoon, we press the crumb so that only the sides remain - we have got the basis of bread with a depression.

Put the curd filling in the recess, grease it with an egg on top and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. The temperature is 200 degrees.
