I tell you how all my relatives who drink alcohol are saved from a hangover. I am writing this article on their advice.
In general, I'll start with the fact that I don't drink myself. In general, not a drop, and even on holidays I have only juice or water in my glass. The point is, I just don't like the taste of alcoholic beverages. Someone hates olives, someone doesn't like tomato juice, and I don't like alcohol. Beeeee, disgusting, I don't understand how people drink it)) That's it.
So I interviewed all of my relatives and found out what they think is the best way to deal with the "symptoms" of a hangover.
Oddly enough, but few people told me about cucumber pickle. It certainly relieves the condition, but not enough to quickly recover.
The leaders were pickle from sauerkraut. It turns out that this is the best and most proven method by any generation. The brine, which is formed during the pickling of cabbage, has a property that is very necessary for the restoration of the body.
It contains many vitamins and minerals, which are washed out of the body during a long holiday feast with alcohol. Cabbage brine makes up for all this. Together with the brine, you can eat the cabbage itself.
Also, for a speedy recovery, you can walk in the fresh air, take a shower, but not hot. And of course, get some sleep.
