Jumping pancake buns in the oven. Simple and tasty

I tell you how I make pancake buns. Well, or almost pancake, there are still some differences. You will be surprised, but it is very tasty and simple! Be sure to cook, please your loved ones, I'm sure they will really like it. Write down the recipe soon!

Ingredients:

flour
milk
eggs
salt
*greens
*cheese
*sausage
*sugar

Let's make the dough. We need 2 eggs. Beat them with 0.5 teaspoon of salt with a whisk or mixer until smooth. If you want to make the buns sweet, add sugar to taste at this stage (I use 2 tablespoons usually).

Then add 130-150 grams of flour and knead the dough. We mix well so that there are no lumps. And now we add milk - about 1 glass. In fact, this is the pancake dough - you can even fry in a pan, even bake in the oven.

The dough can be left in this form, or you can add herbs, grated cheese or ham - the buns will turn out to be very tasty too. You can just sprinkle grated cheese on top - in general, experiment.

We lay out the dough in tins, only fill them half or even 1/3, because the dough rises very high, that's why the buns were called "jumping out".

We put the molds in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Buns are good when hot. If you cooked them without herbs, cheese and ham, then cut a hot bun and fill with whatever you want.

You can even just spread butter with butter, it will also be unrealistically tasty! Bon appetit, dear friends!
