I want to share with you a simple recipe for a delicious and satisfying dish. I am telling you how I cook sausages in a potato coat. It turns out very tasty, you will lick your fingers!

Ingredients:

potatoes
sausages
flour
eggs
semolina
butter
salt
*greens

So, we need 7-8 sausages, depending on their size. You can also take boiled sausage or ham, it will turn out very tasty too. If you have frozen sausages, you must first defrost them.

Now cook 4-5 medium-sized potatoes until tender. Knead until puree, add a little salt to taste. In this case, we take into account that the sausages already contain salt and spices.

As soon as the potatoes have cooled down a little, drive in one egg, add 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 teaspoons of semolina. Add greens if you wish, I sometimes add dill or green onions. You can add minced garlic clove if you like.

Mix the resulting mass thoroughly until smooth to make a potato dough. If you feel that there is not enough flour, then add a little.

Roll out the dough into one large tortilla, cut into rectangles and wrap the sausage in this dough, while pinching the dough from all sides so that the sausage is inside (like a pie).

Now whisk 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of melted butter until smooth. We dip our sausages in a fur coat into this mixture, then you can roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.

You can also bake these sausages in the oven, it will be delicious too. Hot, this dish is simply delicious! Bon appetit, friends!
