It's incredibly delicious! I recently found a new recipe for making mackerel. The fish is marinated in mustard and mayonnaise, it turns out just super! We ate two fish almost immediately with boiled potatoes, delicious! Write down the recipe, it's delicious!
Ingredients:
Mackerel
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Wine vinegar
Soy sauce
Onion
Greens
*Salt
We need 2 mackerels. Defrost the fish a little, gut it and cut it into pieces about 1-1.5 cm thick. I advise you to do all this when the mackerel is half thawed, then it will be much easier to gut and cut it - the pieces will turn out to be very even and neat.
Cut one large onion into rings or half rings.
Now let's prepare the marinade. Mix 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of mustard, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of 6% wine vinegar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Please note:I do not add salt to the marinade! Salty soy sauce, and mayonnaise too, the fish is lightly salted. Taste the marinade. If it seems to you that there is not enough salt, then add a little as you see fit.
Mix the fish and onions with the marinade, close the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2 days. Then we take out the fish, sprinkle with fresh dill and can be served. By the way, the onion is also very tasty!
You can cook mackerel in a different way. We also cut into pieces, only thicker, make the same marinade. We marinate the fish for 2 hours, and then bake it in the oven. The mackerel turns out to be very tasty and juicy, you will lick your fingers! Bon appetit, dear friends!
