Everyone praises my pasties, because I get them with a crispy crust and delicious filling. Today I propose a budget recipe where instead of meat there will be a filling of potatoes. Write down the recipe, the pasties are delicious, you will lick your fingers!
Ingredients:
kefir
sour cream
flour
eggs
butter
potatoes
cheese
greens
salt
First, put the potatoes to boil (1 kg). At this time, let's start preparing the dough. To do this, we need to melt 100 grams of butter or margarine.
Add to it 300 ml of kefir, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 eggs and half a teaspoon of salt. Stir everything until smooth, and then add flour and knead the dough. I put flour on the eye, it takes about 800-900g, no more. Knead the dough well and leave it for 20-30 minutes, covered with a towel.
Once the potatoes are ready, knead them until puree. Add salt, black pepper to taste and herbs. I usually put dill or green onions.
We also put a small piece of butter and grated cheese - about 80-100 gr. Stir until smooth and the filling is ready.
Now we sculpt pasties as usual and fry them in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve hot, with some sauce or sour cream. Delicious! Bon appetit, dear friends!
