I am telling you how I cook a quick chicken. My pie always turns out to be very tasty, because I knead the dough with sour cream. The filling is juicy, tender, just delicious! I am sure that you will like my recipe too)))))

Ingredients:

chicken fillet
potatoes
onion
sour cream
mayonnaise
eggs
flour
salt
soda
spice
vegetable oil
breadcrumbs

I call this version of the chicken "lazy" or "hastily", because making a pie is very simple. And most importantly, there is no long fiddling with the dough. For this I fell in love with this recipe.

So, let's prepare the filling first. Cut 5-6 medium potatoes into cubes, add one onion (finely chop). Then add the chicken fillet. You can use a breast, or a chicken leg. I like the breast best of all, I take about half, cut into small pieces. If you have a leg, then probably one is enough.

Add salt to taste, black pepper and the filling is ready. You can add less potatoes and more chicken if you want, or vice versa.

We take a baking dish, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Lay out the filling in an even layer.

Now we prepare the dough: in a bowl, mix 100 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of mayonnaise, 2 eggs (if they are small, then take 3 better), 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of soda, slaked vinegar. Stir until smooth and add flour - 1 cup.

Pour the filling with the resulting dough and put it in the oven. Kurnik is cooked for about 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Bon appetit, friends!
