Homemade jellied pizza with mayonnaise. Fast and tasty

The other day I cooked a pizza according to this recipe, my whole family was satisfied, everyone really liked it, we will cook more. I thought that the recipe would also be interesting to you, so I am glad to publish it. Just look at what delicious pizza you get:

Ingredients:

eggs
mayonnaise
flour
salt
cheese
sausage
tomato

Pizza filling can be absolutely any to your taste. I write my filling in the recipe, but you can have anything: mushrooms, chicken fillet, ham, sausages, pickled cucumbers, onions, hot peppers, shrimps, etc.

So, whisk 3 eggs and a pinch of salt. Then put 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, stir until smooth and add flour - 5 tablespoons.

In fact, this is far from a classic pizza dough, but very much like batter. I prepare it from these ingredients, only the proportions are slightly different. But don't be confused - the pizza turns out to be delicious!

Grease a baking dish or a small baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the dough, evenly distributing it with a spoon.

Put the filling on top. I usually have sausage, tomatoes, sometimes I put onions. If there is a bell pepper, then I add that too. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. I don't use any sauce - I don't need it here. The pizza is not dry, but very tasty.

The pizza is cooked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

IMPORTANT: As soon as the pizza is ready, wait 5-10 minutes for it to cool down a little, and only then take it out of the mold - this way it is much easier to get it out. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Bon appetit, friends!
