Meat sauce with vegetables and basil
- Wash and peel vegetables.
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- Peel the eggplant and cut into small cubes.
- Chop hot peppers, garlic and basil finely.
- Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
- First, quickly fry the garlic, then the onion until golden brown.
- Add minced meat.
- When the minced meat is fried load eggplants into the pan.
- After a couple of minutes, reduce heat and add tomatoes.
- Close the lid and leave for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, take out the tomatoes, let them cool and peel them off.
- Chop the peeled tomatoes and return to the pan.
- Mix everything and salt.
- Add basil and hot peppers.
- Mix everything well, more no seasoning neededso as not to clog the divine aroma of the basil.
- Reduce heat, close the lid and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
The gravy is ready. It goes well with almost any side dish.
