And what a scent! Very tasty mushrooms are obtained, you can swallow your tongue. I also cook in the oven, or on the grill - in any case it will be delicious. I'll share in this article two of my favorite cooking methods, so read everything to the end so as not to miss anything.

Method one

We need about 600 grams of champignons. It is better to choose mushrooms of about the same size so that they are ready at the same time. Wash the mushrooms and dry them with a towel or napkin.

Now we take the most ordinary plastic bag and put the mushrooms there. Then mix in a bowl finely chopped greens (whatever you want), 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, black pepper to taste, you can add paprika or dry garlic.

We also add a little vegetable oil - about 3-4 tablespoons. You don't need to add salt, as the soy sauce is already salty. But if you do not have enough salt, then add a little.

We also send the resulting marinade in a bag, tie it and shake it well so that each mushroom is in the marinade. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Then we take the skewers, moisten them with cold water, string the mushrooms - and into the oven. "Shish kebab" from mushrooms is cooked literally for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. You can also grill it.

Method two

As simple as possible, and is more suitable for the barbecue than for the oven. Although it will turn out well in the oven too.

So, take the mushrooms, add black ground pepper to taste and a pinch of salt. Put in mayonnaise and mix. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes and on the grill. Champignons are just a bomb! Try it, you won't regret it. Bon appetit, friends!
