Ingredients: butter, egg, baking powder, icing sugar, flour, salt, peanuts without salt, yolk for brushing
Cooking method:
🎄 Cooking: All ingredients should be at room temperature, we take the oil out of the refrigerator beforehand. In a mixer bowl or blender (like me), combine butter, egg, icing sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth.
Pour flour, mold the crumbs into an elastic ball with your hands and send the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough into a layer, as in the video, not thinly. In the middle of each ring we make a hole and send the rings to the freezer for 10 minutes, during this time we heat up the oven.
We take out the rings and coat with yolk and sprinkle with peanuts (peanuts should be without salt, it is written on the package). Put the finished rings on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Ovens are different for everyone, we are guided by our own oven.
