Nobody will refuse such dumplings! The dough turns out to be tender, soft, elastic. Making dumplings or dumplings from it is a pleasure. But the most important thing is taste! It turns out just incredible!

Preparation:

So, as I mentioned above (in the title), I knead the dough from only three ingredients. The main one, in which the whole essence consists, is sour cream. We need 200 grams of sour cream.

It is better to get the sour cream out of the refrigerator in advance so that it will lie for 30-40 minutes at room temperature, then the dough will knead better than if the sour cream was ice.

Add half a teaspoon of salt to it and mix. Then we put the flour - I usually add it by eye, it takes about 2 glasses.

We knead the dough. We stir for at least 5-10 minutes. It turns out pretty cool, but don't worry - it's okay. It should be so. Cover the dough with a napkin or towel and leave for at least 1 hour. You can leave it for 3 hours, nothing bad will happen.

During this time, the dough will become soft, elastic and "flexible" - it is very easy to sculpt with it. Dumplings and dumplings from this dough are cooked as usual - 5-10 minutes, depending on whether they are frozen or not. The dough does not fall apart during cooking. As you can see, there are really only three ingredients: sour cream, flour and salt.
