I want to share one of these recipes with you. These are lush pancakes for breakfast. No sugar or eggs are needed to prepare them. Only flour, soda and sour milk.
Ingredients:
Kefir - 1 glass (200 ml.)
Flour - 1 glass
Soda - ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tablespoons
Course of action:
1. Prepare the above products. You can use any fermented milk product (kefir, yogurt, bifidok, fermented baked milk, yogurt, etc.). Preheat it slightly in the microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Pour kefir into a bowl. I advise you to cook at least two servings at once. Since with one the output of pancakes is very small. I always cook at least 4 servings.
3. Sift flour in advance and add to a bowl. Knead the dough with a whisk. It should be homogeneous, without inclusions and lumps.
4. At the end of the batch, add baking soda and stir.
5. The dough should be of normal consistency, as it should be for making pancakes.
6. If left in the air, it quickly dries up and crusts. Therefore, it is advisable to put it in a tight plastic bag and fix the top with a special clip. So it can be kept in the refrigerator. When it's time to fry the pancakes, simply cut off the end of the bag with scissors.
7. Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet. vegetable oil. Squeeze a small amount of dough straight from the bag in the form of small cakes. Fry pancakes on all sides until golden brown over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. No need to stain excess dishes. After using the entire test, simply discard the empty bag. Add oil as needed.
8. Put the prepared pancakes on kefir without yeast on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Despite the lack of sugar, the pancakes are surprisingly tasty and do not need sweet additions. They can be served with sour cream or yogurt.
Well, for the avid sweet tooth, offer honey, syrup, caramel or jam as a topping.
