Tender and juicy patties of chicken or turkey fillet is very tasty, just not ottyanesh fetched. This dish can still be called "cutlets". Cook with me!

Ingredients:
Chicken breast or turkey breast 2 pcs.
Sweet onion 1 pc.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Potato or corn starch, 3 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons (May be replaced with classic yogurt or sour cream)
Pepper 1 pc.
1 tsp salt
Black pepper 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying

Take the chicken or turkey breast, cut into small pieces. Add the chopped sweet onion salad.

Sweet peppers are also cut fine and add to the meat and onions.

To the chopped ingredients add salt, ground pepper, and starch. Stir well, so there was no lumps of starch.

In the resulting mass add egg and mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can replace sour cream or plain yogurt the Classical.

Stir and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. It turns watery mass as pancakes.

Proceed to frying. On a hot frying pan with a spoon lay out the cutlets and fry on both sides until cooked. Meatballs browned on one side, flip to the other. Ready cutlets spread on paper towel to remove oil residue.

Obtained juicy and tender cutlets (minced meatballs), onion is not felt, and pepper gives a sweet taste and aroma. Serve them with any side dish: mashed potatoes, buckwheat, pasta or other side dishes. Bon Appetit everyone!
