Just some 10-15 minutes at the stove and your whole family will be full and happy. I often prepare these croutons for breakfast, with coffee just perfect! The recipe is as simple as possible, so you can cook them at any time, since you always have all the products at hand.

Ingredients:

bread / loaf
cheese
greens
butter
sour cream
salt
black pepper

For these croutons, I usually use bread that has been lying for 2 days, but not yet stale. But in principle, you can cook from fresh. You can take anything you want: bread, loaf, baguette, ciabatta, etc. In general, what is at home. Cut the bread into portions. I indicate the proportions for 1 whole loaf.

Rub 150 grams of cheese into a bowl, add 4-6 green onion feathers, 1 tablespoon of soft butter (you need to get it out of the refrigerator in advance), 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Salt to taste, add a pinch of ground black pepper.

By the way, instead of green onions, you can use dill or parsley. And instead of sour cream, put mayonnaise, it will also be very tasty. I also tried to cook with sausage - cut it into small pieces and also added it to the cheese.

Mix the resulting cheese mass thoroughly and spread on a loaf. We spread the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

The croutons are cooked in the oven (you need to preheat it in advance) for about 5-6 minutes. The temperature is 200 degrees. Croutons are especially tasty when hot, so serve them immediately. Bon appetit, friends!
