How often I remember Napoleon, which my grandmother baked. It was something of a masterpiece. I did it several times according to her recipe, but the taste is not the same, and maybe in childhood everything seems tastier. Today we will talk about a cake with the same name, but the cooking option has been simplified to impossible. For all that, the taste of this cake is amazing.

I always have a package of frozen puff pastry in my freezer, which helps out in "difficult times" when the "guests on the doorstep" option happens. Therefore, I will not torment for a long time and I will go straight to the description.

For the cake we need:

  • Puff pastry packaging
  • Condensed milk - 1 can
  • Butter - 1 pack

Because the cake is prepared very quickly, immediately turn on the oven. First, an hour before making the cake, take the dough out of the freezer and let it defrost. Roll out the dough very thinly and cut it into pieces to the size of the baking sheet.

We spread the dough on a baking sheet and with a fork make holes throughout the cake so that it does not rise. In the oven, the dough will spend no more than 8-10 minutes. It all depends on your oven and how thin you rolled the dough.

While the cakes are baking, we begin to beat the cream. Remove the pack of oil from the refrigerator one hour before the cream is prepared. Never reheat it in the microwave. It should be soft, but not liquid, otherwise the cream will not churn.

We begin to beat the butter first, gradually adding condensed milk.

After a few minutes, the cream is ready.

The cakes will be baked by this time. You need to cool them down.

A crumb for sprinkling can be made from scraps of cakes.

We begin to collect the cake. We grease each cake with plenty of cream,

sprinkle on top with crumbs (remnants of cakes) and refrigerate for half an hour to freeze the cream. That's all. Bystrotort Napoleon is ready in 30 minutes. Guests will be delighted !!!
