Funchoza in Korean. So simple and so delicious

Funchoza, I always get very tasty, my husband just adores it. So I decided to tell you how I cook it. The ingredients are very simple, inexpensive, and most importantly, the preparation is very simple.

Ingredients:

funchose
vegetables
water (boiling water)
dressing for funchose

So, we need 150 grams of funchose vermicelli. You don't need to cook it, just pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then it will need to be thrown into a colander and rinsed with cold water.

While the funchose is brewing, we will prepare the rest of the ingredients for our salad. Chop one bell pepper into strips, chop one fresh cucumber (if small, then take two), chop one carrot into strips. You can use a Korean carrot grater and chop all the vegetables on it. And you can cut it with an ordinary knife, only you need to cut it very thinly.

Now grind 2-3 garlic cloves, cut fresh herbs and add them to vegetables. Combine with funchose and add dressing.

I would like to say a few words about refueling. It is sold in any store, and is called: "Korean style funchose dressing." Different manufacturers have different fillings, so I can't say exactly how much to add. I advise you to add a little and try if you add more.

We do not add salt and spices to the salad, since they are already contained in the dressing.

IMPORTANT: we put the funchose in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and preferably 2 hours, so that the noodles and vegetables are soaked in the dressing. And then you can already try. Bon appetit, friends!
