I baked pike perch with mushrooms and cheese - delicious! In general, you can cook any other fish according to this recipe. It seems to me that it will turn out delicious with mackerel, pollock, pink salmon, and in general with anything. You can cook chicken the same way.
Ingredients:
fish (I have pike perch)
Champignon mushrooms
cheese
onion
carrot
salt
spice
vegetable oil
mayonnaise
So, we clean the fish, remove all bones if possible and cut it into fillets. Cut into rather large portions, salt and pepper, then fry the pike perch in vegetable oil on both sides. We fry for a short time - about 3 minutes on each side.
Set aside the fried fish for now. And in the pan where the pike perch was fried, we sauté onions, cut into half rings and carrots, grated on a coarse grater or chopped into strips. I put onions and carrots by eye, it all depends on the size of the fish. When frying vegetables, add a pinch of salt.
Next, take the mushrooms and cut them into plates.
Grease the baking dish (or baking sheet) with vegetable oil, spread the fried onions and carrots. Put pieces of fish on the vegetables.
Lay out a layer of champignons on top, salt and pepper them a little to taste and grease with mayonnaise (you can also take sour cream). Sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
After 20 minutes, delicious pike perch (or other fish) is ready. Delicious! The fish is just fantastic. The dish is suitable for every day and for a festive table.
As a side dish for such a pike perch, I made boiled young potatoes, and we also had a vegetable salad. The whole family was well fed and happy. I highly recommend the recipe!
Bon appetit, friends!
