Pancake ingredients:

water
eggs (you only need yolks)
yeast
flour
semolina
salt
sugar
vegetable oil
baking powder

First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl: 300 grams of sifted flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of dry yeast, half a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar.

A note on sugar: Pancakes are served with some sweet sauce, honey, or jam. By themselves, they are not sweet. But if for you 2 teaspoons of sugar is not enough, then add to your taste.

Now add 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 650 ml of warm water. Water must be poured in a thin stream, while stirring all the ingredients at the same time.

Beat the dough with a mixer or with a blender until smooth. Then we leave it for about an hour and a half in a warm place, covering it with a lid.

Well, now you can cook pancakes. Moroccan pancakes are fried in a dry skillet over medium heat and only on one side, that is, you do not need to turn them over! The pancakes are very tender and incredibly tasty! Serve them hot with something sweet. Bon appetit, friends :)
