This cream is perfect for making cakes, eclairs, pastries and any other desserts. It is very tasty and tender, prepared with milk, I am sure you and your loved ones will like it.

Ingredients:

milk
butter
sugar
eggs (yolk)

Cream "Charlotte" is a bit like a classic custard, because here you also need to cook the ingredients. But the taste is still different, and the ingredients are different. In general, try it :)))

So, in order to make delicious Charlotte milk cream we need 2 egg yolks and 130 ml of milk. Beat them with a whisk or mixer, but not too long - just until smooth.

Then we filter the mass through a strainer or gauze so that it becomes as homogeneous as possible. This is a very important step, do not miss it! Pour the egg and milk mass into a saucepan, add 170 g of sugar and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mass looks like liquid condensed milk. Then remove from the stove and cool to a slightly warm state.

Now we take one pack of softened butter (you need to get it out of the refrigerator in advance, 2 hours before cooking). Beat the butter with a mixer.

Then in a thin stream, in several stages, add the egg-milk mixture and beat everything again until smooth. Delicious Charlotte cream is ready. You can use it for its intended purpose. Bon appetit my dears!
