"Tomato cobra" for the winter. Spicy appetizer sauce for any dish

Here's how to make a delicious tomato sauce snack. It is called "Tomato Cobra" because it is hot - for spicy lovers it will definitely be to their taste. Write down the recipe in your cookbook so you don't get lost.

Ingredients:

tomato
Bulgarian pepper
hot pepper (chili)
garlic
greens
carrot
vegetable oil
salt

NOTE: This sauce can be cooked with or without carrots. Be guided by your taste. My husband likes "cobra" with carrots, but I like without it, so I do this and that.

So, we need 5 kg of ripe tomatoes. We pass them through a meat grinder, put the resulting tomato puree on the stove. After boiling, cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.

While the tomatoes are boiling, let's take care of other vegetables. We clean 2.5 kg of bell pepper from seeds and pass through a meat grinder. We also skip 3-4 hot peppers. Be sure to remove seeds from the pods.

Rub 2-3 carrots on a fine grater, chop the greens. You can cook without greens, but with them it turns out more aromatic. I usually use parsley, dill, and green onions. Grind 20 garlic cloves.

Then add the bell peppers, carrots and chili peppers to the tomatoes and simmer everything together for another 25-30 minutes.

Then add garlic and herbs, 2.5 tablespoons of salt and cook, stirring for another 10 minutes. A couple of minutes before cooking, pour in 1 glass of vegetable oil.

We put the hot "Tomato Cobra" on sterilized jars and roll up. We cover with a blanket (fur coat) and leave it that way until the jars are completely cool. Then we put it in the cellar or refrigerator. Bon appetit, friends!
