This beetroot salad will suit both potatoes and meat, or you can just go with bread! A very tasty, aromatic and spicy recipe from regular beets.

Beets need to be peeled and washed.

Grating beets for Korean carrots. If you do not have such a grater, then you can simply use a coarse grater. It will be good too.

Transfer the beets to a deep bowl, salt to taste and add some sweetener. You can just take a teaspoon of sugar, but I have stevia sweetener.

Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix everything.

I add the following spices to a separate plate: ground coriander, sweet paprika, black pepper (you can also take red pepper). I rub three cloves of garlic into the same plate.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it directly into the spices. I stir it. Spices immediately reveal their amazing aroma.

I add this dressing to the beets and mix.

This salad is delicious when it's in the refrigerator overnight. You can, of course, eat right away, but it tastes better when the salad is properly marinated. Leave in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
