Delicious tomatoes that I cook every year. I found the recipe in a magazine I bought at a kiosk 10 years ago. Very tasty, spicy tomatoes are obtained, moderately spicy - try it, you will not regret it.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes
Garlic
Grated xpen
Tomato juice
Bulgarian pepper
Salt
Sugar

Attention: the recipe contains the ingredients for one 3-liter can

So, we take a jar and select tomatoes in it. We choose good tomatoes, no damage, medium ripeness - they are the most delicious.

We also need overripe tomatoes, possibly cracked - that is, those that are no longer suitable for preservation as a whole. We put them in a large saucepan, cutting them into several parts. Simmer the tomatoes until they are soft.

Then we remove the peel, rub the tomatoes through a sieve, colander, juicer or blender - we need to get 2.5 liters of tomato puree at the output. We put it in a saucepan and put it on the stove.

Add 2 tablespoons of salt, 4 tablespoons of sugar. As soon as it boils, add 1/4 cup of chopped garlic and 1/4 cup of grated corn, and also put 250 g of bell pepper, twice scrolled through a meat grinder.

As soon as the tomato mixture boils, pour it into a jar of tomatoes that we selected in advance. Cover the jar with a lid and sterilize for 20 minutes, then roll it up and leave to cool, wrapped in a blanket or an old fur coat.

The tomatoes and the sauce itself are very tasty, like the appetizer just flies away! Make it this year for the winter - you will not regret it))) Bon appetit, friends!
