I will teach you how to cook eggplant in a new way today. We will fry them in soy sauce in a pan - very tasty! If you have not tried it yet, be sure to cook it, you and your loved ones will like it!

Ingredients:

eggplant
garlic
soy sauce
starch
black pepper
hot red pepper
greens

We need two medium eggplants. Cut from pieces about 5-7 cm in size and about 1.5 cm thick. It is not necessary to pre-soak eggplants in salted water, they will not taste bitter, it will turn out very tasty.

Put the eggplants in a dry bowl, add black ground pepper to taste, you can add sweet paprika. We also put 2-3 tablespoons of starch. We take any starch - corn or potato, no difference.

Mix the eggplants with starch and spices, and leave for 5 minutes. Then fry the eggplants in vegetable oil until golden brown.

While the eggplants are fried, prepare the sauce. Take 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce, add 2 chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped hot peppers. Add pepper to taste.

And now the most important point. We need a dry, clean frying pan. We heat it, spread the fried eggplant and pour in the sauce. Cook over high heat until the soy sauce has completely evaporated.

In this case, the eggplants must be constantly mixed. Then put them on a plate, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs, you can also sprinkle with sesame seeds. A delicious appetizer is ready! Bon appetit, friends!
