Today I want to share a recipe for delicious pastries without milk, kefir and eggs. You can cook deliciously with plain water. The universal dough is prepared instantly, just kneaded, you can immediately start baking. You can cook from it even with a sweet filling and savory filling. Have me today bagels with plum jam.

Recipe:
for the test:
water -200ml (1st)
flour -450g (3st)
vegetable oil -100ml
sugar -1 tbsp
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
yeast -5 gr (or raw 10g)
For filling:
jam -1st.
COOKING METHOD:
We take 200 ml of warm water, pour it into a bowl,
add 5 grams of dry yeast, can be replaced with raw ones, you need 10 grams.
Add sugar 1 tablespoon, 1/3 tsp. salt, mix and add flour 450 grams, and pour in vegetable oil 100 ml,
knead the dough.
The dough turns out to be soft, plastic, pleasant to work with, does not stick to your hands.
If you wish, you can let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes or immediately start baking.
For convenience, I divide it into 3 parts, I roll one part out of it into a layer with a thickness of about 5 mm, now we cut it into sectors.
We put any filling on the edge, today I have a plum jam and wrap it like bagels.
Put on a baking sheet, put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or use your oven to guide you.
Serve ready-made bagels for tea. Try it very tasty and see for yourself. Lean does not mean that it is not tasty.
