Ingredients:
pasta
eggs
minced meat
bulb onions

sour cream or mayonnaise
butter
We take a baking dish and grease it thoroughly from the inside with butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Now we take minced meat from any meat, salt and pepper to taste, add chopped onions. You can add greens to the minced meat if you like. Mix and form the minced meat into small balls the size of a walnut (meatballs).
Put some of yesterday's pasta in a mold, put some of the meatballs on top. On them again the remaining pasta and again the meatballs. If you do not have enough pasta and minced meat, then make one layer at a time - it will also be very tasty.
Now let's prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix 1-2 eggs (depending on how much pasta you have), add 1 tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise, grated cheese.
Put a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, stir thoroughly until smooth and pour the resulting filling on top. Optionally, sprinkle with additional cheese on top.
Cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. Then serve on the table, on top of the resulting casserole, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs. Bon appetit, friends!
