Zrazy chicken with mushrooms

Cook for any holiday, and just when you want tasty and wholesome.

Ingredients:

500 gr. minced chicken
1 egg
salt
pepper
2 tbsp. l. semolina
1 tbsp. l. flour
some milk
300-500 gr. fresh mushrooms
2 pcs. onions
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms and onions chop. It was crushed, the smaller the piece, the more interesting it will filling.

2. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil until soft. You can pour a little water - a couple of tablespoons, if it seems rather dry stuffing.

Pour the semolina and flour. For better richness in stuffing pour 1-3 Art. l. cold milk or cream.
