When I do not have time to cook, and my family is hungry, I make just such a "lazy" casserole from the most ordinary stew. It is done simply quickly, but it turns out very tasty and satisfying! Write down the recipe! It will come in handy for sure))))
Preparation:
We need one jar of pork or beef stew. You can take a store, you can make your own. We send it to the pan, add one finely chopped small onion. Cooking the stew with onions for 2-3 minutes, until the stew is completely warmed up.
We also cook pasta, vermicelli or noodles, we need 400-500 grams of cooked pasta. If you have pasta from yesterday's dinner, then it's generally great - the process of making a casserole is simplified and accelerated at times :))).
Mix pasta with stewed meat and onions, fill in 3 slightly beaten eggs. If necessary, salt and pepper to taste, mix and place in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese on top and send to the preheated oven. You can also add tomatoes to the casserole. Put them on top of the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. You can take absolutely any cheese, but I really like it with feta cheese - delicious!
The casserole is cooked at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. As soon as an appetizing cheese crust has formed on top, the casserole can be taken out and served. Delicious!!! Bon appetit, friends!
