Here's how I make a quick cheese pie. A recipe often helps me out when I need to cook something quickly, and there are not so many products in the refrigerator. The husband says that this is a pie "out of nothing"))) Look how delicious it turns out! And how delicious!
Ingredients:

Let's make a pie dough. To do this, take 3 cups of flour and mix with 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda. We spread the flour on the work surface with a slide, make a depression and pour in 1 glass of salted water. I add about half a teaspoon or more.
Add 1 egg and knead the dough. Knead with your hands until the dough is smooth. Then we divide it into 2 equal parts and roll out thin cakes.
Let's prepare the filling. Knead 450-500 grams of soft cheese (feta cheese or suluguni) with a fork. You can take other types of cheese and grate. Add 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of softened butter to the cheese and mix.
If you want, you can add greens to the filling, or ham, grated or cut into small cubes - in general, you can experiment.
Now we take a flat plate, lay out one part of the dough. Lubricate with butter, put the filling, cover with a second layer of dough, pinch the edges.
Pierce the resulting pie with a fork in several places and grease with an egg, which we lightly beat with a fork.
Cook the pie in the microwave for 8-10 minutes at full power. Also, this cake can be cooked in the oven, set the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees, cook until golden brown. Bon appetit, friends!
