I found this bread recipe in the book "Good nutrition in the big city" by the famous practicing dietitian blogger Dr. Regina. Kefir - 300 ml
Whole grain and rye flour (50/50) - 350 grams
Baking soda - 2 grams (one flat teaspoon)
Salt - 2 grams (one flat teaspoon)
Seasoning "Provencal herbs" - 1 tablespoon
