An easy-to-use and very tasty recipe for making meat rolls. This dish can be served not only as hot, but also as a warm appetizer by cutting the rolls into several parts. It takes me about 15 minutes to prepare, the oven does the rest. So let's get started...
The first thing to do is prepare the egg dough. To do this, mix 6 eggs and 6 tablespoons of milk in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Bake pancakes in a pancake pan, I get 6-7 pieces.
Then the filling: minced meat 350 grams (beef + pork) I mix the onion chopped with a blender, with cheese 100-150 grams, add salt and pepper, mix well. The more cheese, the juicier the filling will be.
Now there is only one little thing left - to stuff the pancakes with filling and form rolls.
I put the resulting rolls in a mold and lightly grease with sour cream, if you wish, you can also sprinkle cheese on top, but I don't.
Now we send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until the meat is cooked.
Ingredients:
Minced meat: 350 g, meat, cheese 100 - 150 g, 1 onion, dry garlic, salt, pepper to taste
