We start, of course, with the test. I add sugar and yeast to warm milk, stir and let it stand for a while so that the yeast starts working.
Then add melted butter, egg, salt and flour, knead the dough. I leave it for 40 minutes, so that the dough "rises".
Ingredients for the dough:
250 g flour + 20 g flour for kneading the dough
1 egg
5 g dry yeast
25 g sugar
0.5 tsp salt
40 g melted butter
125 ml warm milk
With my hands I form a circle with a diameter of about 20 - 22 cm.
Then, with a sharp knife, I make cuts in the form of a "cage" and start preparing a fragrant pasta that will add a piquant aroma to our bread.
2 tbsp soft butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley (can be substituted for green onions)
0.5 tsp salt
I mix all the ingredients and brush the dough with a brush, trying to get the paste into all the cuts. And now the fun part ...
The cheese needs to be cut into thin cavities and placed in the cuts we have already made. Now we send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
