A cool recipe for those who prefer to spend a minimum of time in the kitchen, but not stay hungry. I love to tinker with cooking, but sometimes I want to do something quick and tasty for tea, but spending as little time and effort as possible. The recipe is simple, many people know it.
So, I peeled two medium-sized apples and cut them not very large. While I cut the fruit, I put the pan to warm up.
I send apples, a little butter, about 15 grams and one tablespoon of brown sugar to the pan, this will be enough.
Carcass apples for about 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
Instead of a dough, I use a thin pita bread, a great alternative to the limited time dough. I put the whole filling on a sheet of pita bread as in the photo, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
I roll up the roll like a shawarma and grease it with a little butter on top.
Sprinkle with walnuts on top and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
It will, of course, not be correct if I call this roll a strudel, but still... it turns out very tasty and not expensive, and most importantly quickly and with a minimum amount of sugar, which is also important.
