Potatoes and minced meat are probably in every home. And everyone has a ton of recipes for preparing different dishes from these ingredients. Today I want to share another cool recipe, and, perhaps, many will take it to their "piggy bank", because cooking is not difficult, but it turns out very tasty.

So, for this recipe you can take absolutely any minced meat, I have chicken today. I added onion and garlic chopped with a blender to it, my favorite spices are hops-suneli, but you can add others. I mixed the minced meat well and set it aside while I was busy with potatoes.

Boil the potatoes in salted water, add butter, salt and pepper to your taste, I also add dried dill. Crush the potatoes into a smooth puree.

In a glass, I mixed one large heaped tablespoon of sour cream with one tablespoon of soy sauce, mixed well and covered the resulting mass into thin pita bread. We leave one teaspoon of the sauce, it will still be useful to us.

The next to go to the pita is mashed potatoes, you need to distribute it in a thin layer, leaving a free edge of about 10 cm.

On mashed potatoes, spread the minced meat in the same thin layer as in the photo.

Now the pita bread with the filling needs to be rolled into a tight roll, grease on top with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We send the roll to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The finished roll, after it is taken out of the oven, should be allowed to stand for about 10-15 rolls and then cut into portions. It can be served as a warm appetizer or as a stand-alone dish with vegetable salad. Be sure to try cooking.
