A very simple and quick lavash pie that is perfect for every day. It turns out to be tasty and moderately satisfying. It can be easily prepared for a family dinner or snack.
Making such a homemade pie is as easy as possible. For him, you don't even have to knead the dough, and the entire cooking process will take you no more than 10-15 minutes. The rest will be up to the oven. In my opinion, this is one of the easiest quick homemade pies.

Ingredients:
- cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- milk - 150 ml
- thin pita bread - 150 g
- parsley - bunch
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
For this pie, we need 150 g of thin pita bread. Fold it several times and cut it into strips about 3 cm wide. We put all the strips in a pile and cut into small pieces.
2. 200 g of cheese three on a coarse grater.
Finely chop a small bunch of parsley. You can also use dill, cilantro, or green onions.
3. Break 4 eggs into a large bowl. Salt the eggs to taste and pepper. Mix them with a whisk without whipping.
4. Add 150 ml of milk of any fat content to the eggs. Mix everything again.
5. Pour grated cheese and chopped parsley into this mixture. Mix a little.
6. Put sliced โโpita bread here.
Mix everything with a spoon.
7. Grease the baking dish with butter. The size of my form is 26 * 17 cm.
Pour the prepared mixture into a mold and distribute it evenly.
8. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a beautiful golden brown crust on top.
