Last Sunday, on the eve of Maslenitsa, I published a narrative where I collected recipes for making pancakes that I cook at home. In the comments, one of the readers also shared his recipe with me in response:
I prepared pancakes according to the proposed recipe strictly following all proportions and instructions. The dough turned out to be very liquid, I was not used to working with this, but still decided to try to bake pancakes. The result is delicious, thin and very lacy pancakes, just 🔥. Recommend. I added grated cheese and herbs to the same dough, it also turned out incredibly tasty, try it.
What do you like to eat pancakes with? At my house they like to eat pancakes with condensed milk, honey and apricot jam, but most often they ask to cook homemade chocolate spread, very similar to Nutella, only much tastier and without additives, in addition, it is prepared very fast.
Ingredients:
250 ml milk
3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa spoons
60 grams of butter
a pinch of salt
In a small saucepan, combine milk, flour, sugar, salt and cocoa. Mix everything well and put on medium heat. After the mass boils, add oil and stir, let it cool.
