🖐 There is already a similar recipe on my channel, this is a great idea for a lazy cake when there is no time to stand at the stove for a long time. Once I decided to try to make the same "pie" with a different filling, more satisfying. It turned out very tasty, satisfying and a request came to make it again.

So, let's start with the filling, I put the potatoes to boil "in their uniforms" and prepare the rest of the ingredients. Mushrooms, I take the mushrooms, cut them finely and send them to a dry frying pan.

When the liquid evaporates, I add vegetable oil and finely chopped onions, immediately salt and pepper to taste. I break one egg into a plate and add about 3-4 tablespoons of milk to it.

When the finished potatoes have cooled down a little, peel them and rub them on a grater. Now we start assembling the "lasagna", for this you need to prepare three sheets of thin pita bread, cutting it so that it fits into a baking dish.

A sheet of pita bread must be dipped in an egg-milk mixture and laid on the bottom of the mold.

Then half of the grated potatoes, it is important not to ram it.

Then half of the mushrooms, and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese on top. Then we repeat the layers: lavash, potatoes, mushrooms. I put a sheet of pita bread on the mushrooms again, and pour the rest of the egg mixture around the edges of the "pie". I fall asleep on top with the remains of cheese.

I send the form to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Delicious, hearty lasagna in Russian style is ready. Serve with sour cream and herbs while it is hot. Be sure to try it, you won't regret it!

3-4 medium potatoes
mushrooms 350 grams
onion 1 pc
pita
cheese 200 grams
1 egg
3-4 tbsp. spoons of milk
salt, pepper to taste
