🖐 Today I want to talk about an appetizer, the recipe was invented "on the go," I figured out what was at home. It turned out very tasty, it's a pity that I did so little. Next time I will cook three times more and I advise you, because such an appetizer will scatter very quickly (I myself "choked" half, and I'm not at all ashamed).
Many of my readers know that I often cook something based on lavash, I always have it in my freezer just for such cases. On a split baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm, I used two sheets of thin lavash, approximately 30 * 30 cm in size.
You only need two ingredients for the filling + your favorite meat spices. I use minced meat, about 450 grams and 200 grams of cheese.
Be sure to salt, pepper and add spices. If you wish, you can add the onion by chopping it with a blender.
The filling should be divided into two sheets of pita bread, spreading it in a thin layer, roll up the rolls.
I cut the roll into several parts and put it vertically in the form as in the photo.
I put quite a bit of butter on each piece and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle a little cheese and send it back to the oven.
Serve right away, the rolls are delicious both hot and cold. Be sure to try it, I'm sure many will love it 👍.
